Broward Partnership’s 17th Annual Salute to Leadership Gala Raises More Than $260,000
On Friday May 20, more than 350 business and community leaders joined the Broward Partnership to celebrate 17 years of providing shelter and hope for more than 22,500 men, women and children experiencing homelessness in Broward County at the annual Salute to Leadership Gala. The 60’s themed event, held at the Signature Grand, raised more than $260,000 to support the Partnership’s work.
Entertained throughout the evening by the groovy sounds of Private Stock, guests enjoyed a cocktail reception while bidding on auction items, which was then followed by dinner and an awards ceremony and concluded with a rocking dance party featuring tunes from the 60’s.
Ultimate Software and Breakthru Beverage Florida were each honored with the Corporate Trusteeship Award. The Sally Goldman Foundation was presented with Foundation Trusteeship Award and Ms. Joanne Snead received the inaugural Broward Partnership Leadership Award.
